...in so many ways. It was nourishing, it was filling and it was so satisfying to me that all these things were homemade. That also made them so extra tasty. Here is what you see:
- Sibley Station Creamy Mushroom soup, made with fresh mushrooms, homemade broth and cream.
- Organic leaf lettuce with cheese and homemade Ranch dressing, which is made with homemade mayonnaise. This was my first try making Ranch dressing and it is absolutely delicious.
- Sardines in Olive Oil in homemade 100% whole wheat bread, spread with homemade horseradish mayonnaise, layered with thinly sliced onions and sprinkled with Celtic Sea Salt, Dill and fresh chives.
- Left-over Chicken Quesadillas with cheese, chicken and salsa on homemade whole wheat tortillas.
- Homemade Kombucha
