Salmon Pancakes

1 can wild pink salmon (15 oz.)
3 eggs
8 organic saltines
Salt
Pepper
Curry
Onion Powder
Chopped onion
dill weed

Mix all together and fry in coconut oil.
My kids LOVE these, without the onion and dill.
For a dipping sauce I squirt some organic ketchup into homemade mayo.
